This Pregnancy yoga class is suitable from your 12 week scan. Prenatal yoga can benefit you and your baby throughout your pregnancy by:

  • Improving sleep

  • Increasing energy

  • Reducing aches and pains

  • Strengthening muscles needed for childbirth

  • Promoting relaxation and stress relief

Postnatal Mum & Baby

This class is suitable from 6 weeks post-birth (8 weeks post c-section) until your baby is actively mobile. It can benefit both you and your baby by:

  • Strengthening abdominal muscles and pelvic floor

  • Alleviating back and neck pain

  • Encouraging mum and baby bonding

  • Offering sensory stimulation for baby

  • Promoting relaxation and stress relief for mum and baby

Parent & Toddler

This class is suitable from when your toddler is active until they start school. It can benefit both you and your toddler by;

  • Allowing mum to regain strength and muscle tone

  • Reducing aches and pains

  • Encouraging parent and toddler bonding and increasing toddler’s social skills

  • Helping toddler’s brain and nervous system development

  • Offering sensory stimulation and also enhanced relaxation leading to better sleeping patterns
