Yoga is hugely beneficial for children of all ages and helps support their physical and mental health as well as boosting their emotional well-being to help them deal with all the new day to day challenges that growing up brings.
Classes can be tailored to fit your school/nursery needs and offered as part of the school day, possibly in a sports lesson.
A typical children’s yoga lesson is 30 minutes and I teach a minimum of 2 classes per school.
