In a world where we are constantly on the go, surrounded by devices and often living in our Yang energy, Yin yoga can create the perfect balance. 

Yin yoga targets the deep connective tissues of the body such as joints, bones, ligaments and deep fascia networks.

A yin class consists of a series of poses held for up to 5 minutes or more, mainly but not exclusively targeting the lower body.
